Usually, when documents grow bigger and bigger, with images, it becomes quite impossible to compile the document. It's fixed with a fast compiler that doesn't show the images but adds a white box with the same dimensions of the images. It is an easy to use online editor. you can add as much collaborators as you want. You just have to share the link with them. There is also the tracking feature but it is for the premium version.
