**What do you like best about OverIT?**

The usability of the application, the customer service by Overit.

**What do you dislike about OverIT?**

We have no reasons for criticism regarding the application, nor about the help service.

**What problems is OverIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick resolution of TdC, job requests, facilitating the tasks of the street operator and the impact of all the data collected automatically, avoiding manual entry with the logical errors it entails. We are very satisfied with the application and its performance!

The technical and human quality of the team. Always attentive to the correct development of the processes.  Always looking for constant improvement.

**What problems is OverIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It empowers field technicians to manage their day on supported mobile terminals, from start to finish, so they can carry out their jobs efficiently as part of a connected team.

Enhanced appointment booking
Efficient and optimized assignment of Work Orders to companies and service partners End-to-end management of the network
Improved client satisfaction and user experience by reducing response time in the quotation phase and efficiently managing fault reporting and resolution procedures

Delivery of quality product and if it have a problem the solutions is very fast

**What do you dislike about OverIT?**

Maybe the opportunity for improvement is in support and development, they can work more closely with the Legacy provider and integrator (for example: tibco).

The product has improved field service times

**What do you like best about OverIT?**

FSM has a lot of features that permit management in simple mode for each type of task and operations process.
The tool is simple to integrate with external systems:  easy to implement in our environment
OverIT is very fast to release configurations and customizations in Live environment requests by the customer

**What do you dislike about OverIT?**

After a few years, we are happy with the choice

It allows to quickly adapt to changes in business processes
