What do you like best about Outmind?

I KNOW the information or the file exists. I KNOW I have seen it on my work computer and it is necessary to start, finish or move forward on whatever I am working on. But I don't recall where it was. A file? An email? Slack? Notion? There are so many places where information is stored. Outmind locates it in a second- as if everything were stored in the same place. "Powerful integrated search engine"

What do you like best about Outmind?

Outmind is efficient and convenient by integrating search on all my data folders (cloud-based, mail..). The product really solves the use case of searching for a file that we know exists, but we forget the location. Very fast to index data and retrieve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outmind?

It implies creating the usage habit, since we are not used to having such an integrated tool. Otherwise, minor issues were encountered at the beginning. Since then, no issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
