The delivery is also always on time. Loved the fact that the food is all-natural and organic, coming directly harvested from farmers. You can feel the difference in food quality as compared to local shops. You can track your order easily on the user-friendly app, which has many options. I would recommend it to all. **What do you dislike about OurHarvest?** I wish to have more varieties of tropical vegetables as well. It would be great if you add a booking/service option so customers can book for tomorrow. If possible, please add more to your stocks as it always runs out, probably because we can track it and it is delivered fresh. **What problems is OurHarvest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting fresh items delivered to our doorstep without a hassle is excellent. I do not need to worry about food quality as it is organic and fresh. Very important for a health-conscious person like me. ### 2. There is also some staffing issues they need to work out, and sometimes when I ask to call if something is sold out, they don't and either don't get the item or get something completely different without my knowledge. **What problems is OurHarvest solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem of being stuck to a work computer and not having enough time to shop, helps with people with anxiety/stressed out it's one less thing to have to put on the to-do list at the beginning of the day ### 4. It has been a good experience throughout, so I can't really say anything bad. Easy to use website. There emails let me know when the order will arrive. In addition it makes me aware when items come back into stock. Seasonal choices. **What do you dislike about OurHarvest?** Sometimes products run out. I guess because many things are ordered fresh. I sometimes wish they had next day delivery **Recommendations to others considering OurHarvest:** If you are looking for a farmers market experience, this is the place to shop. Seasonal fresh choices at your fingertips. Excellent website with descriptions and source of all their products. They also support local farmers and donate meals to food banks. **What problems is OurHarvest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have to go into a crowded store. Their food is always fresh. Great since I like to cook and eat healthy so I can see what goes into my meals rather than ordering a precooked meal. They post interesting recipes from time to time and sell a bundle of ingredients. ### 8. Not what you'd see at a local gourmet shop or even Whole Foods. Their website is super easy to use and select what you want, when you want it scheduled, and they also have a great newsletter with recipe ideas and tips on what is in season. The customer service is also fantastic as my order has always been delivered within the window I selected and if for any reason there was a delay I was notified in advance. I really like that they are knowledgable too about food, as opposed to some other services that just have people pulling things off of shelves for you. I feel good about supporting local farmers and providers and love that OH does the leg work for me instead of running around to various markets! **What do you dislike about OurHarvest?** Really nothing not to like! Occasionally an item is out of stock, but that's only because everyone probably read the newsletter and rushed to get the peak produce! **Recommendations to others considering OurHarvest:** Try it once and you will see the difference. I was never a farmer's market person or someone who paid that much attention to where my food came from. I didn't think there would be much of a difference in taste. I was soooo wrong! It also got me more excited to cook. **What problems is OurHarvest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved- With a busy schedule it's so hard to shop, especially at places that have the quality ingredients like OH! Anytime I go back to regular grocery shopping and my food legitimately does not taste the same, avocados rot so much faster, chicken tastes different, I realize how much different OH products are. ### 9.
