Ostnyx is sales software that streamlines outbound calling workflows into one platform, replacing spreadsheets, dialers, CRMs, and forms. It integrates cold caller hiring, lead acquisition, dialing, qualification, and follow-up management. Administrators assess applicants via voice demos submitted through private links. Lead generation enables Google Places searches by city or niche, with bulk acquisition of up to 20 leads and automatic return of unworked leads after seven days. The browser-based softphone allows dialing without hardware, logging calls, and automating pricing. Lead management supports CSV and Google Sheets imports, with team or private access options. Custom intake forms enable real-time prospect scoring during calls. Follow-up tools include callback scheduling, reminders, SMS, call transcription, conference calling, and WhatsApp integration. Analytics track visitor traffic, revenue, and calling costs.
