What problems is Original Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Original Software has been instrumental in streamlining our entire test management process. Before using it, we struggled with fragmented test cases, inconsistent execution tracking, and a lack of real-time visibility into our testing progress. Original Software centralized all our test artifacts, making it incredibly easy to create, manage, and execute tests. This has directly led to a significant reduction in our testing cycles, allowing us to release features much faster. Furthermore, the robust reporting capabilities provide our entire team, from QA to product management, with clear, actionable insights, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and drastically improve the quality of our software releases. Software is easy to use and issues in deployments are minimized.

Implementation can take some time; you need to get familiar with all possibilities

Customer support is great.

Software is used on a daily basis and supporting our needs; status of manual tests is very easy to follow.

What do you dislike about Original Software?

Specific applications need a specific option set is needed; creating these option sets can be difficult and time consuming. However, support is great and OS will help you creating these option sets.

Cloud applications can behave different after uodates, causing the automations to fail; so rework needs to be done.
