It includes titles, work location, and history at the company. **What do you dislike about OrgWiki?** It would be more useful if it was embedded into slack or a tool I use all the time when I have to contact people which be more contextual. **What problems is OrgWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shows the org structure of who reports to who and how long they've been in the company. The best part is that it allows people to share their work and personal background, so you get to learn more about their personal lives and their passions. ### 2. It helps to navigate who does what and how long they've been at an organization, especially in the day and age of working from home! **What do you dislike about OrgWiki?** The dots are confusing on the years of how long someone has been at the company. Other than that, I don't have too many products to compare it to, it is very user friendly! **What problems is OrgWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping immensely for those who are working at home - at least for me anyway. Not meeting people in person is hard so it's nice to get a bio and background of co-workers via Org Wiki. ### 3. So if i have an iphone i will have to use the desktop version which is like i need a desktop always so it doesn't remains flexible or on the go tool for us. **What problems is OrgWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using it personally to see the data for my mom's small business firm. Though i do not stay with her but yes with the help of this tool i can easily see all the changes from here itself. ### 4. There are multiple ways to get your user directory and fruitfully show them. If you're a tech company and an aspiring entrepreneur, i don't suppose you'd go for a costly way to keep track of your employees and beautifully show their data. **What do you dislike about OrgWiki?** The concept itself isn't fruitful. Big companies have their databases and newer companies would not want to invest their money in this. When I used it, I did not find any flaws as such in the product. **What problems is OrgWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you want to save yourself from creating a directory yourself by little or no amount of coding for your organization, you can opt for orgwiki. ### 5. A platform is provided for young minds. No money is involved. Competitors will have a hard time tackling this. **What do you dislike about OrgWiki?** As far as Orgwiki is concerned, it is great, but it takes time for users to enter any responses. User design and user experience can be improved. Questions can be more interesting, maybe funny. **What problems is OrgWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orgwiki is providing a great platform for new ideas to be inculcated and to help small businesses use some productive ideas for growth. Otherwise I have no complaints really. Give access to provide more reliable feedback **What problems is OrgWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used smart sheet in the place of Jira for one of the projects it helped us to track the progress of each task. Its also nice that its personalized, you can see how long someone has been with a company, what their interested are, email, phone number. Everything is in one place, I have never has a company use a product like this and it makes getting to know colleagues so much easier. **What do you dislike about OrgWiki?** Theres nothing that immediately comes to mind, but it would be nice if you could make your own custom sections so you could talk about projects, interests, linkedin history, etc. **Recommendations to others considering OrgWiki:** I dont know what else is out there but this seems like the best it can get **What problems is OrgWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting remote employees with eachother.
