What do you like best about Organimi?

I love the fact that I can send a message and get help quickly. One of the reps even set up a call with me to explain things I didn't quite understand. Also, love that I can add a link to our Intranet so it's easily accessible throughout the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Organimi?

At the moment I'm enjoying all the features with easily creating my chart. I love all the ways I can customize it to make it as printer-friendly as possible. I do wish the integrations were a little cheaper but my organization is so small we don't have a real need for it currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Organimi:

What problems is Organimi solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Amazing pricing offsets some usability issues."

What do you like best about Organimi?

For a company that specializes in organization charts, they are very close to being on top. Embedding options are great. Very aggressive pricing. And the free option is great too. Support personnel is on point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Organimi?

There are some quirks. For example, one employee's photo just flat out refuses to download. Once trial expires, certain limits in place actually make it a bit harder to buy the full version. I wish they had SAML implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Organimi:

There are really no drawbacks. At all. Free version covers you if you have less than 50 employees, but there are some sync limitations. But in general, it's pleasant to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great program for creating and organizing team structure"

What do you like best about Organimi?

I love the ability to create custom templates and styles, it's easy to add employees and their photos. Another program I used made it so hard to do this basic function. Also, in general, having the company directory handy and available in a dropdown saves an enormous amount of time. Once you get the hang of creating a chart it's really straightforward. Helpful tutorials and guides at the beginning are also provided, I would recommend watching those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Organimi?

It took me a moment to get the hang of creating the chart style I wanted, but that could've been avoided had I gone through their initial instructional guide :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use for a company"

What do you like best about Organimi?

That if someone has a question about how to use the platform, the service center is quick to answer e-mails and is open to scheduling a session to explain doubts and the use of the platform. All of them are kind and send useful material to consult. In addition, Organimi is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Organimi?

The last version of Organimi was much better than the new one because the areas of a Company looked more organized in org charts. I suggest there is an option to use the last version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes org charts simple and straightforward"

What do you like best about Organimi?

Having a directory of employees that can be assigned to roles makes intra-company employee movement really simple. The interface is a great combination of intuitive and powerful, and the result is easy to share and consume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having a bit more customization of the layouts of each position (e.g. what details are listed under a person) would be really helpful, however this is a minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much for your review! We're so glad to hear that you're saving both time and effort by using Organimi. We've got plenty of chart sharing options and we're happy to hear that they've been useful to you :)

As for customizing role cards and selecting what details are present, you can change this by clicking on the themes icon on the left hand side of your chart, click edit theme, and then click on fields. Under fields, you can check or uncheck whichever information you want or don't want displayed directly on your chart. For example, you can choose to show an employee's phone number on the role card but hide the job description. You can do this with any preset or added custom field. Still want to capture the role description but don't want it visible on the chart? No worries! When "hiding fields", you can still view them when clicking on the individual role cards and pulling up the role details.

Thanks so much for your review! We're happy to hear that Organimi helps keep your company structure and directory in order! We recently launched our Reporting feature which we suggest checking out if you're interested in people planning and tracking organizational changes :)

Limitations on access by viewers are set by the chart owner or admin. For example, you are able to share the chart publicly or privately. You are also able to choose whether you want the viewer to view the entire chart or only a portion of it (e.g. only one department). You can also select which fields in the role card to make public or private for the viewer.
