Recommendations to others considering Organimi: Map out and clean up your existing employee data first! Make sure all information and reporting structures are correct. During our merger we needed a combined org chart that not only visualized our company, but showed information like Slack handles (we are on two separate Slack instances), location/time zone (we are a global company). Through sharing and continually updating this chart, our teams can more easily find information about each other, connect with SMEs across the company, and get to know each other in the midst of the merger. Some features did not carry over automtically from the previous version to version 7.0.
