Ordinex Reviews & Product Details

Ordinex runs a trade contractor's whole day in one app. On site, foremen use their phones, with or without cell signal: - 40 ready-made safety forms for 12 trades: Daily Tailgate with FLRA, Toolbox Talk, Hazard Observation, Incident Report, equipment inspections. Signed on screen and locked. - Time clock and weekly timesheets. - Material delivery requests with a needed-by date. - Equipment on site and transfers between jobs. - Extra work orders. - Certifications that warn before they expire. In the office, one panel shows every form, crew hour, delivery and piece of equipment across all projects. It adds scheduling, job costs and a one-click compliance package with every signed record behind it. Every form becomes a clean PDF with your company's logo and colours. Pricing is simple: workers are free and unlimited. You pay per seat only for people who create documents (foremen and admins): CA$69 per seat per month for 1-4 seats, CA$59 for 5-14, CA$49 for 15 or more. Annual = 10 months' price. Free 14-day trial, no credit card.
