## About Order Modify
Order Modify by ESTS is a Shopify order management and customer self-service solution that helps merchants handle post-purchase order changes while giving customers greater control over eligible orders. The app combines administrative order editing with a customer-facing order status portal, allowing businesses to reduce support requests while maintaining control over order modifications. From the Shopify admin, merchants can update important order information including shipping details, line items, custom fields, and other core order data. This gives store staff the flexibility to correct or modify orders when changes are required after checkout. Customers can also make eligible changes themselves through the self-service portal. Depending on the merchant's configuration, customers can update shipping addresses, change quantities, add or replace products, modify product options, apply discounts, change shipping methods, update contact information, access invoices, and request order cancellations. Merchants have complete control over which self-service features are available. Individual portal tools can be enabled or disabled according to business policies, allowing stores to create an order modification workflow that fits their operational requirements. The app also supports configurable editing deadlines, helping merchants define how long customers or staff can modify an order after checkout.
