"Orchestra Just Works! Intuitive Setup, Seamless Integrations, and Amazing Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

Orchestra’s biggest upside is that it just works. Everything is very easy to set up and feels intuitive from the start. It integrates with all the platforms we use: whether that’s AWS, dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran, you name it. Support has been amazing as well; they’re super helpful and always ready to hop on a call to walk through anything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

I don't have a bad thing to say about Orchestra. So far it hasn't lacked in anything, and whatever we needed they were happy to implement quickly; namely, an AWS Step Function connector! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Orchestra: Innovative Orchestrator with Unrivaled Customer Partnership"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

Orchestra is consistently innovating and pushing the boundaries of what we think a standard "Orchestrator" can be. They do not believe in complacency, and the level of access, engagement, and personal relationships the team is building with their customers is unrivaled.

They set themselves apart with a rare combination of technical elitism and direct customer access that provides added immeasurable ROI on top of their core functionality. They are thinking progressively with AI development and clearly committed to deliver their vision. The grind shows it.

The interface is simple, intuitive, and exceptionally well designed. It excels onboarding but still offers depth and flexibility needed by highly technical users. At the same time, it remains approachable for non-technical users. Building infrastructure that serves both audiences so well is rare, and Orchestra does it in a way that puts the power in the user's hand, giving as much or as little control as needed.

Integrations are abundant and at the top when compared to similar products. They never hesitate to give access to new features as soon as they are available and consistently deliver on them. They believe in the product, develop like their lives depend on it, and take initiative to educate and connect on with customers on a level that is superior to anything I've ever seen.

They're truly in the trenches with you, operating not as just a vendor, but as a true partner. Orchestra is one-of-a-kind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

I struggle to find anything that I've been dissatisfied with since onboarding Orchestra. The only issues I've encountered were due to network restrictions on my end and despite being out of scope for them, they dropped everything to hop on a call and workshop a solution for us. "End-to-end orchestration with No Code that just works"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

The UI is clean and building pipelines is genuinely simple. It was really helpful for orchestrating our full flow in one place: Fivetran ingestion, dbt on Snowflake, and Power BI refreshes all chained together. The team was also very quick to ship a new feature when we raised a request for it, which made a big difference for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

Honestly, nothing major stands out. The platform has covered what we needed it to do, and whenever we have hit a small gap the team has been quick to address it. If anything, more prebuilt integration templates would be a nice-to-have, but it has not been a real pain point for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beginner-Friendly Console UI, Top-Notch Support, and Powerful dbt SAO"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

The product is super easy to use. A straightforward and self-explanatory console UI that is very beginner / non-tech friendly. It has integrations to most systems and a generous entry-tier pricing.

The support is top-notch and they are quickly releasing new features, such as bringing more AI/agentic functionality.

I am a big fan of the State Aware Orchestration for dbt (SAO) they implemented - and even open sourced it! It was easier to get it running than within dbt cloud itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

The pricing can be confusing at times, like when charges are based on the number of dbt models. I’d prefer a simpler pricing approach that doesn’t affect how I structure the project, whether I end up with more or fewer models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable orchestration that stays out of the way"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

What I like best is that Orchestra stays focused on orchestration and observability without trying to take over my whole stack. We run dbt on BigQuery with dlt and Cloud Run, and Orchestra gives me a single control plane to schedule, monitor, and debug all of it.

The visibility into failures is the biggest win. When something breaks, I can immediately see where it happened and why, so we no longer have customers spotting data freshness issues before we do. Debugging that used to eat hours now takes minutes.

It's also refreshingly simple to adopt. I rebuilt our entire orchestration in about a week. The serverless environment for running dlt and dbt core, plus the large connector library, means I'm scaling the business instead of writing boilerplate orchestration code. I now run business-critical pipelines monthly without babysitting them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

If I had to point to something, the visual pipeline editor isn't as polished as some of the lightweight workflow tools I've used before. It does the job well, but the drag-and-drop building experience could feel a bit more refined. Nothing that has blocked us, just an area with room to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly easy to use yet powerful data orchestration tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

What I like most about Orchestra is how simple it is to use. Getting started is really straightforward - you can connect a source and have a pipeline running in just a few minutes, which makes a big difference when you want to move quickly or have a large volume of pipelines to set up. The lineage views are clear and easy to follow, and I've found the ad hoc run functionality especially useful. Being able to run individual tasks or rerun something in isolation when it fails makes troubleshooting much easier. It's also been easy for both technical and non-technical team members to pick up, which has helped more people understand the state of our data without needing to dig into the underlying setup. I've been really impressed by how responsive the Orchestra team is to feedback. They'll often look into and solve any issues we report the same day, and have even managed to turn around feature requests within a couple of weeks on several occasions. Seeing the product evolve and improve so quickly is really rewarding as a user and makes me excited to see what new things the team will keep bringing to the product. What do you dislike about Orchestra?

Very minor gripe, but sometimes the website can be a bit slow to load certain aspects, especially when viewing large analytics views or lineages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized data management with easy setup, offering flexibility."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

I appreciate Orchestra’s flexibility, which is crucial given our ongoing data platform evolution. Its rapid adaptation and provision of essential information help us maintain our SLAs effectively. Furthermore, the pipeline builder and dbt integration are indispensable tools for our growth. The initial setup was straightforward, ensuring a smooth transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

I believe Orchestra’s integration with third-party services could be enhanced. We currently use services like Estuary and others, and a more robust integration would be beneficial. Gathering metrics from these third-party services would significantly improve the overall experience. It would be ideal if Orchestra could serve as our sole central management system for our data platform by better incorporating these integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Pipelines with a Clean UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

I really enjoy how Orchestra makes it easy for us to automate pipelines in production. I appreciate the clean and easy-to-use UI, which helps me navigate the software smoothly. The good level of customizability is another standout feature for me. I'm able to build very custom pipelines that trigger one after the other, and I can easily run them with a click of a button. I also find it beneficial that we can run pipelines at different schedules, even at odd custom times like every other Monday. The ability to monitor runs and jobs for their success or failure, and then deep dive into failures with filtering, is really handy. Setting up Orchestra was fairly easy, thanks to their docs, and the support team was helpful despite a bit of back and forth. Overall, I'm pleased with how Orchestra complements our tools like dbt and BI tools such as Thoughtspot and Holistics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"With Orchestra we have now one place to build, monitor, and recover pipelines"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

The pipeline-building experience in Orchestra is excellent. You can focus on orchestrating what the task requires without spending time and resources maintaining the underlying infrastructure. The UX is clean and simple without overcomplicating things, yet it still offers a variety of integrations coverinag most common use cases. Monitoring and lineage are other strong areas, making it easy to track the health of your pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

So far I haven't found any real pain points. The team is very approachable when you have questions or need help with areas that don't have an out of the box solution, they've even shipped a few changes after feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Orchestration and Observability That Makes Debugging Pipelines Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Orchestra?

What excites me most about Orchestra is how it brings orchestration and observability together in one place. In my experience, debugging pipeline failures across disconnected tools is one of the biggest time sinks for data teams. Orchestra's end-to-end lineage and unified metadata mean you can see exactly what failed and why — without switching between systems. As someone who works closely with dbt and Snowflake, I also love that Orchestra is built for the modern data stack, making it feel like a natural fit for the way lean data teams actually work today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orchestra?

Honestly, as someone coming from a background with established tools like Airflow, the main thing I'd note is that Orchestra is still a relatively young platform compared to more established tools with large open-source communities. That means fewer community resources to draw from when troubleshooting edge cases. That said, from what I've seen, Orchestra's own support is highly responsive and hands-on, which goes a long way in making up for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
