I appreciate Orchestra’s flexibility, which is crucial given our ongoing data platform evolution. Its rapid adaptation and provision of essential information help us maintain our SLAs effectively. Furthermore, the pipeline builder and dbt integration are indispensable tools for our growth. The initial setup was straightforward, ensuring a smooth transition.

Orchestra’s biggest upside is that it just works. Everything is very easy to set up and feels intuitive from the start. It integrates with all the platforms we use: whether that’s AWS, dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran, you name it. Support has been amazing as well; they’re super helpful and always ready to hop on a call to walk through anything we need.

I really enjoy how Orchestra makes it easy for us to automate pipelines in production. I appreciate the clean and easy-to-use UI, which helps me navigate the software smoothly. The good level of customizability is another standout feature for me. I'm able to build very custom pipelines that trigger one after the other, and I can easily run them with a click of a button. I also find it beneficial that we can run pipelines at different schedules, even at odd custom times like every other Monday. The ability to monitor runs and jobs for their success or failure, and then deep dive into failures with filtering, is really handy. Setting up Orchestra was fairly easy, thanks to their docs, and the support team was helpful despite a bit of back and forth. Overall, I'm pleased with how Orchestra complements our tools like dbt and BI tools such as Thoughtspot and Holistics.
