Its ease of use. It's great for looking at everything through one pane of glass, which helps simplify a lot of our pipelines and allows us to find exactly where the bugs are within. Alerting on this directly into our Slack has enabled us to find and fix issues before consumers of the data. Being able to identify where consumption of time/cost is highest has also helped towards optimising our workflows.
