The technology itself is exceptionally robust, provides integration across all of our tech (Snowflake, BigQuery, remote ec2 python, ETL software and Tableau). The customer support is excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving issues promptly. Moreover, the CEO’s visionary leadership is evident in the product’s innovation and direction, reflecting a clear and ambitious roadmap for the future.
