**What do you like best about Orangedox?**

I like how Orangedox was very simple to set up, especially with the free trial through our Google business account, making the onboarding process straightforward. It's been really convenient for those viewing our data room. I'm particularly happy with the analytics that provide insights about the views. It integrates effectively with our Google Drive folders, allowing us to see who accesses the files and manage access effectively. The ability to sign up easily through the marketplace and onboard myself smoothly was something I really appreciated since I needed a quick and effective solution, and Orangedox checked both boxes.

**What do you dislike about Orangedox?**

I wish Orangedox allowed me to disallow downloading of spreadsheets too, not just PDFs. That would be a great addition to their features.

**What problems is Orangedox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orangedox lets me track who accesses my Google Drive Data Room folders and manage access permissions easily, solving my privacy concerns perfectly.

Design looks a bit old, invitees have a "login with Google" button next to their "Access data room button", the former leading them to an aggressive permissions flow

Data rooms that fit on top of my Google Drive setup

**What do you like best about Orangedox?**

OrangeDox made my very easy for me to track documents. It is very wonderful offering. Document tracking was very cumbersome activity which is now easy just due to OrangeBox. I liked its feature to integrate Google drive and Dropbox documents. tracking of preview, download, workflow generation and engagement through google drive/drop box is really good feature without installing anything additional

**What do you dislike about Orangedox?**

I don't see any demerits in this software till now. workflow generation is part of this software but need to improve a lot. Orangebox should have provided capability to use in mobile apps also so that documents once created on Google drive or dropbox can be easily shared on the go.

**Recommendations to others considering Orangedox:**

OrangeDox is good offering in this space which i see. For a layman document tracking is very cumbersome activity which is now easy and can be done quickly without very much efforts. Before trying anything to achieve this, you should try it once, Your don't need to worry, your data is safe and secure.

**What problems is Orangedox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now OrangeDox solving my day to day issue of tracking of shared documents easily. Now i am able to see number of preview, downloads made. I am generating link for my documents on OrangeDox and easily sending link through outlook which is very helpful. The quick access to documents, adding them and removing them is also very good. After sharing documents, i can edit them without any restriction which is great.
