My company has been using oracle as a replacement for a program called Prelude. Prelude is a very outdated program and very confusing to navigate. Oracle does the same job that prelude does but its significantly more user friendly and shows more information all at once that I will need versus trying to use our old system that doesn't show much and you have to type in weird letters to get any information and without a cheat sheet is impossible to navigate. sometimes it takes awhile to update in our system. That I'm pretty sure is just how my company does things though.
