While they are rolling out new features, I feel the focus on improving the overall performance(which is typically a major requirement for any organization dealing with big data and analytics) is not much there. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Database:** For our cases, it has only been good for the transactional processing applications. However, if you are trying to put it into Data Warehousing applications, it might not be the best and the most efficient choice.
