
One of the best features of Oracle CDM Cloud is its ability to consolidate customer data from various sources into a single platform. This effectively streamlines data management processes and enables a holistic view of customer interactions across different points. Oracle also offers robust data quality management capabilities, including data cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication. I really appreciate this feature as it enables us to preserve accuracy and consistency of our data. Lastly, Oracle CDM Cloud offers an array of analysis tools that I can use to uncover trends, predicting consumer behavior and providing guidance for future marketing campaigns. One of the major downsides of Oracle CDM Cloud is that its interface isn't user-friendly and there's definitely a learning curve. Aside from that, i haven't encountered any other issues or cons with Oracle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
