**What do you like best about OpusView?**

While the platform comes loaded with plenty of templates, skills data, etc. to help spin up your skills management program, it's also incredibly customizable. 

The system is also clearly designed with a great deal of intentionality, linking several different lists and data tables together for ease of navigation and reference.

In addition to the platform, the service we've receieved has always been above and beyond any expectations. From our initial demo, to simple implementation process, to feature requests that were implemented almost immediately - I've never experienced client-centric service like this with a service provider.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

The platform favors function over form in some regards. While pages are consistently designed, and easy to navigate, there is a slight learning curve for first-time users, which may dissuade some users from opening up access to the platform itself to employees outside of an organization's admin team.

**What problems is OpusView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpusView is providing a consolidated, referencable platform for our org-wide skills data. It has allowed us to scale our skills management, inventorying, and overall talent development efforts faster and more effectively.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

The latest role management features are very important for us.

We can see who possesses the knowledge and experiences relevant to our business. Also, employees show potential for growth and development.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

It would be useful to generate resumes including the competencies last used in previous projects. 

We have been promised this feature in the next product release.

**What problems is OpusView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizations show competency gaps and where to focus our hiring efforts.

The range of features on offer particularly, related to employee skills, careers, and succession. The precise insights in the Spotlight panel are KPIs we monitor for hiring decisions.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

It would be unfair to comment; as we get excellent support and service.

**What problems is OpusView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a consolidated view of workforce skills and experiences gives us better insight on potential skills pathways and skills development for each employee.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

After entering the skills, OpusView connected the data, and we had access to the skills information with a nice UI. We can determine which employees would benefit from receiving skill training by using the people analytics.
The intelligence cards display key data in metrics format. Specific metrics on retention are key for us. They indicate where in the workforce we have retention risks and growth opportunities. We like the personalization options with which we can include our logo and replace the OpusView name.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

There are currently no export features with would be good.

**What problems is OpusView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpusView is gives us easy to understand data on staffing decisions.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

The feature that generates resumes with competencies valuable, for showcasing past projects. Unfortunately, there is no trial version. It doesnt support iOS and Mac platforms.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

OpusView lacks in-depth analysis and insights into competency gaps, which limits our ability to make hiring decisions.

**What problems is OpusView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpusView allows us to have an overview of our projects from start, to finish. It is solving the issue of scattered information and facilitating decision making processes.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

The OpusView tool is stacked with capabilities, and navigating around the sections is quite easy. The matrix and matches analytical views provide specific skill information on teams and individual employees. It is quite useful to be able to view employees by subsidiaries, locations, and departments while looking for skills or experiences in the workforce

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

None so far. More than happy with the performance and the capabilities of OpusView

With OpusView, we can now move to an organised dataset on skills, experiences and roles. With this we have a better understanding on the capabilities our business has.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

It’s a flexible tool when it comes to organising and accessing employee skills and experiences. These can be shared or restricted. Staff can showcase their abilities and past projects throughout our organisation. The skill verification settings are very useful to endorse the skill information has been checked and is accurate.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

Nothing specific yet. Later we would like to have OpusView working with our ERP system.

The system enables our employees to promote their skills and search for employees with relevant skills across our business.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

As a skills management solution it offers a deep set of features. The analytics and KPIs sections are excellent. We have set up an internal talent marketplace of competencies and experiences which is available to access for all our employees.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

It’s hard to say, as all of our requests have been met.

We now have a centralized place for our skills and experiences, so our business can deliver more informed staffing decisions.

The visualisations are unique, and the way in which the information is displayed is outstanding.
The 3-level competency framework is distinctive and provides a thorough overview of an employee abilities.

It would be useful to be able to design custom forms.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

The features are comprehensive for skills and talent mapping. The out-the-box competency samples have been very useful to quickly understand how OpusView works. The import templates have been an easy way to move our data into OpusView.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

None. No issues or problems experienced.

**What problems is OpusView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have moved away from using excel for our skills data-bank and using OpusView has been painless – so far.

It was the most intuitive skills solution we looked at. The people analytics are very good for understanding the gaps in personal skills and technical skills.

All good so far. No integration links to workday.

**What do you like best about OpusView?**

This online project management system gives customizable Templates and also provides end-to-end solutions for a web app.  It supports web apps, Windows and Android as well.

**What do you dislike about OpusView?**

For opus view there is no free trial version available as of now. It doesn't support iOS and Mac platform. Different payment types are not available just have monthly and yearly subscription available .

**Recommendations to others considering OpusView:**

You should try using it. You will feeldifference.

OpusView helps to track time and expenses of project. It also helps manage the portfolio.Use to manage resources. Using its customizable templates and its agile methodologies made working on business projects easier.
