In addition to the platform, the service we've receieved has always been above and beyond any expectations. From our initial demo, to simple implementation process, to feature requests that were implemented almost immediately - I've never experienced client-centric service like this with a service provider. While pages are consistently designed, and easy to navigate, there is a slight learning curve for first-time users, which may dissuade some users from opening up access to the platform itself to employees outside of an organization's admin team. After entering the skills, OpusView connected the data, and we had access to the skills information with a nice UI. We can determine which employees would benefit from receiving skill training by using the people analytics.

It’s a flexible tool when it comes to organising and accessing employee skills and experiences. These can be shared or restricted.
