Optserv Reviews & Product Details

Optserv — one platform for startup ops. Use one piece, or all of it. Optserv brings hiring, HR, access, and team operations into a single platform for founders managing 5–100 people — but it's all-in-one, not all-or-nothing. Every module works on its own. Start with just the hiring pipeline. Or just HR. Switch on the rest whenever you're ready. Nothing forces you to adopt everything at once, and there's no penalty for using only what you need. The modules are independent by design — and they get more powerful when you connect them. Run hiring alone, or pair it with HR and Account Sharing so the full employee lifecycle runs itself: when someone joins, they get the access they need; when they leave, their shared logins are revoked automatically, tied to their employment status. No forgotten accounts. No manual IT tickets. Pick the modules that fit: HRMS — employee records & history, org chart, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll ATS — a full hiring pipeline with an auto-generated public careers page (custom domain on Business) Account Sharing — an HR-aware credential vault; shared logins follow roles, joins, and offboarding Company Drive — shared documents and resources for the whole team Built for seed-to-Series A teams: lean, quick to set up, modular, and with access management included rather than bolted on. Native iOS & Android apps on every plan. Available in English, 中文, and Bahasa Indonesia, other languages coming soon. Start free with the Community plan. Business is $12/user/month — or $9.60/user/month billed annually (save 20%), with no per-company base fee. Enterprise is custom-priced for teams that need SSO, SCIM, and compliance documentation.
