Optable helps in creating & pitching data driven campaigns. It allows us to offer the highly targeted audience segments to our clients by quickly moving from data collection to actionable insights.

**What do you dislike about Optable?**

The downside of using Optable is some of the advanced features may remain underutilised if we don’t have dedicated tech team with hands-on-training.

Optable allows us to pitch more relevant and data driven campaigns real quick. Also, we have been able to overcome the struggle of translating data into actionable audience insights.

implementation is easy. but the best is to have access to the support team.

IDE isstill at the beginning, we need more stats and visibility on the cluster.

Identity resolution is the main feature for us. Combine with the web sdk it's quite simple to identify anonymous users!
