
The most helpful aspect of Opiniion has been its ability to streamline our reputation management by automating review requests and consolidating public and private feedback in one platform. The centralized dashboard makes it easy to monitor and respond to reviews across multiple sites, while the reporting features provide valuable insights into resident sentiment. The biggest downside for me has been the turnover in our customer service rep—it’s tough to build consistency when the point of contact keeps changing. I also wish there was a way to assign a review draft to a specific person, make edits, and then pass it along for approval.
