Operator One Reviews & Provider Details

Operator One is the physical Merchant of Record (MoR) and Importer of Record (IoR) for European Marketplaces. We take ownership of inventory, become the legal seller of record on Amazon EU, Bol.com, Zalando, Kaufland, Allegro, Cdiscount, OTTO, eBay and 100+ other marketplaces across all 27 EU countries and the United Kingdom, and fulfil every order from our pan-European warehouse network. As your Merchant of Record, Operator One absorbs VAT registration and filing (OSS, IOSS, local VAT), EU consumer-law liability (returns, warranties, withdrawal rights), product-safety compliance (GPSR, CE marking, EPR), DAC7 reporting, marketplace payments, customs and import duties, and account-health management. Brands keep their identity, IP, and revenue while Operator One handles every fiscal, physical, and operational responsibility behind the scenes. Unlike marketplace agencies (which advise without absorbing liability), software-only MoRs (which handle digital billing but not physical goods), or single-purpose compliance firms (VAT-only, EPR-only), Operator One delivers the complete physical-MoR stack — inventory ownership, pan-European fulfilment, listings, PPC, content, returns, and account management — through one platform: the O1 Suite. Headquartered in Almere, Netherlands, with teams around Europe. Founded 2023. Merchant of Record operations across the EU since 2021. Currently operates 50+ brands across 28 European markets.
