## About OperationsLens
OperationsLens gives mid-sized manufacturers and distributors (€2–100M revenue) a set of AI agents that work as an extension of the back-office team. Each agent takes a process from the incoming email or call to a result a person can approve: a direct answer and resolution for an inquiry, or a sales order drafted in your ERP and ready for review. The agents: - Sales Order: reads customer orders from email, PDF, Excel and phone, drafts the sales order and checks customer, product code, variant, unit, price and delivery details against your ERP. - Request for Quotation: drafts responses to quote and tender requests (RFQ and RFP) from your price lists, product data and earlier offers. - Customer Desk: answers status questions and handles reclamations from your own data, with the source shown for every answer. - Invoice Check: compares what was ordered and delivered with what was billed, and flags deviations before revenue is lost. The agent proposes. You decide. Mismatches are flagged, never guessed, and nothing is sent or written to the ERP without a person's approval. All agents share one knowledge layer, so master-data gaps such as missing contract prices or unmapped codes are surfaced once and fixed at the source. Works with Netvisor, Procountor, Oscar and Lemonsoft. EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant. From €299/month, priced on volume rather than seats.
