The platform supports Skills Acquisition and Behavior Management, including customizable skill acquisition plans, operational definitions, teaching strategies, mastery criteria, reinforcement, generalization, and maintenance planning. Staff can collect Frequency, Duration, and Interval data, with automatic calculations and visual behavior graphs. The system also supports Session Notes with SOAP documentation, allowing staff to enter detailed notes through the web or OperantBH, as well as Digital Signatures for staff and caregivers, eliminating the need for printing, signing, and scanning paperwork. Real-time syncing and offline data collection ensure that sessions can continue even when internet connectivity is unavailable, while Auto Sync and Auto Recovery help protect collected data. Operant Systems supports effective RBT and BCBA Supervision, helping supervisors monitor staff activities, review session information, track time spent with clients, and maintain consistent clinical oversight. Our Customized Student Workbooks organize individualized programs, targets, activities, behaviors, and learning objectives in a structured format that can be tailored to each learner. In addition, our Curated Skill and Behavior Libraries provide a foundation of commonly used skills and behavior targets, helping clinical teams develop and manage programs more efficiently. 3. Reporting: Operant Systems offers powerful Reporting and Custom Data Views that transform collected session data into meaningful clinical and administrative information. Available reports include Skills Progress Report, Session Note Report, ABC Report, Monthly Behavior Session Note Report, Monthly Behavior Summary Report, Weekly Skills & Behavior Report, Mastered History Report, Weekly Session Report, Interval Weekly Report, Therapist Progress Report, and Timesheet Report. Custom graphs, phase change lines, baseline and mastery tracking, dashboard views, and exportable data provide clinicians, supervisors, and administrators with the information needed to monitor progress, evaluate interventions, prepare for parent meetings, and support regulatory and government audits. By bringing data collection, supervision, customized workbooks, reporting, and clinical documentation into one centralized platform.
