OpenMoves offers both managed services and technology to power your campaigns. We have been using their marketing automation platform for years now. I really like their program builder. It's very intuitive and allows for custom sending by volume of emails, days of the week, and time of day with automated re-mails to non-openers.

I wish we had more control over how emails are sent using our own SMTP services and subdomains. Today you have to go through their support team to set up new email accounts and domains which is fine but you are still using their SMTP services vs. our own internal solutions.
