I my line of work as an IT Consultant, I usually recommend Open School management software to my clients because it has one of the best and easiest user interface to work with. The security mechanisms implemented on the software is of good quality. The room of scalability is unlimited as the school grows the data also grows with you without limit.

The software can be a little bit expensive for young, upcoming and underdeveloped schools.

I greatly recommend schools and learning institutions to use Open Schools to manage their institutions.

Open- Schools has improved effective management of schools greatly. This owes to the automation of processes which has led to lowering of cost, saves on time thus improving service delivery.

Open-School has opened a world of opportunities for our school district, especially with the online enrollment functionality and the calendar. Paperwork has been significantly reduced. We now have a single point of contact for all the parents and students in our district. We are happy with the support and its quality. The UI design of this application is so beautiful which make it more user friendly.

There were some issues where the complete source code was not uploaded for enhancement. That was a little problematic. Nothing major though. The SQL issues really were the only issues we ran across. We just tweaked our build.

Use it, try it. As I have stated previously, I did enjoy the product when we had it. We just transitioned to another software at the beginning of 2018.

Problems, not really problems we are solving. It is really helping reduce paperwork through out our district. It is easy for everyone to use, from faculty to parents. We only used it for a couple years, I personally miss it as the district went with another, "cheaper" software.

The options and features in Open School Product are very useful. One of my favorite add-ons is the payments/wallet section that helps save the time it would take for payment processing too. It's an easy to use platform too. A great school management system.

It's a bit too expensive for my taste and it's website can be made more attractive with some nice modern looking updates.

I'd recommend you to try it out. At least their trial period. Maybe look for discounts too.

Created with school management in mind, not minding size or complexity. From the very small school to a very large school, Open School meets all the needs. The interface is very intuitive and does not require expert knowledge. The creator have really done their home work and are trying to give School Proprietor a very appropriate school management software.

The price need to go down much more especially for African schools

It is easy to install Open-School software into Cloud base server.

I didn't find any negative point at this moment.

School management include Student Records, School fee etc.

It's very good software i like the UI, all the features are amazing and the modules are very usefull

The GUI seems to be a little bit old and it should be somewhat like modern GUI Templates.

This is an easy platform to navigate in opinion.

I believe the platform is too hard to get into the very first time. Long loading and wait times.

Very interactive and easy to use especially to search as well as the payment gateway.

Few steps could have reduced especially in data analysis. The interface can also be increased to an another level.

Time saving was the best benefit.
