Open Referral Reviews & Product Details

OpenReferral is an AI-powered employee referral platform that turns your workforce into your best hiring channel — without the operational headache. Built for recruiters and talent acquisition teams, OpenReferral automates the entire employee referral program: job sharing, candidate submission, referral tracking, bonus management, and program analytics. Launch in minutes, not months. Connect your ATS — OpenReferral integrates with 64 applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor and Ashby, with real-time candidate sync. Configure your referral policy, then share your company's dedicated referral portal (acme.openreferral.io) with every employee. Each employee gets a unique link: they browse open roles with the associated referral bonuses and refer candidates in two clicks. Compliant by design. Candidates give explicit consent before their data is shared, then flow directly into your ATS. The bonus cycle runs automatically — from referral to hire to payout — with tracking, notifications, and payroll export built in. An AI that works the way you do. On the Essential plan, the AI Copilot is bring-your-own-AI: plug OpenReferral into the assistant your team already uses — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Mistral — through a single MCP URL, and pilot your employee referral program in natural language: audit performance, get context-aware suggestions, and draft engagement content for your team. On the Scale plan, a fully autonomous AI agent runs the program for you: it measures performance, sends follow-ups and reminders on its own, and triggers the right actions without being asked. Scale also adds SSO, advanced role management, and multi-workspace for multiple entities or business units. Simple, flat pricing. No per-employee billing — the full product is included on every plan; the only difference is how the AI works for you. Start with a self-service free trial in minutes: no demo call, no commitment. Available in English today, multilingual on request.
