OnSkillDemand Reviews & Product Details

OnSkillDemand is a recruiter-first, AI-assisted workspace for structured technical hiring. It helps internal hiring teams and recruitment partners turn a short role brief into a structured vacancy, manage candidates, prepare role-aware interview rounds, generate editable questions and answer guidance, capture evidence and notes, score candidates consistently, and produce shareable reports. The platform keeps role requirements, candidate history, and authorized job-relevant information from CVs, portfolios, work samples, interview observations, and other trusted sources connected across the hiring process. This helps teams identify missing evidence, contradictory signals, and interviewer disagreements before comparing candidates. AI prepares and organizes the workflow, while recruiters and interviewers retain control over every evaluation and the final hiring decision. OnSkillDemand is available on iOS and Android, with an expanding B2B platform supporting configurable workflows, branded deployments, and customized hiring systems for internal teams and recruitment partners.
