OnSiteO Reviews & Product Details

OnSiteO helps businesses get the right technician onsite and see the work through. Facilities, IT and operations teams and MSPs post onsite IT and low-voltage jobs for one site or many: structured cabling, fiber, networking and Wi-Fi, security cameras, access control, POS and self-checkout, AV and digital signage, telecom, servers and data-center smart hands, desktop and printer support. Technicians bid on the job or take it at a fixed price. Before choosing, the business sees each technician’s skills, tools, certifications and completed badges with dates; every technician verifies their ID before they can take a job. When the technician taps “On my way”, the business follows the arrival on a live map with an arrival estimate, then sees a one-tap check-in, completion photos, notes and sign-off for every site. Rework can be requested before approving, and payment is released only after the business approves the work. OnSiteO is self-serve: no sales call, no contract. Job chat, preferred technicians and multi-site projects with a sign-off per site are built in. OnSiteO LLC is based in Pasadena, California.
