**What do you like best about Onetrace?**

The software is very customisable and versatile. If there’s something it can’t do, the team is always willing to listen and try to include it in development. its performance is very impressive we get very few issues from operatives on site saying the system is down

**What do you dislike about Onetrace?**

The lack of dashboards is an area that could be improved, and the reports the system generates could also be more customisable.

**What problems is Onetrace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hold monthly meetings with the development team to share feedback and suggestions, and they are very good at incorporating them into their development programme.
