The support team is not helpful whenever I need assistance. **What do you dislike about OneStat?** The interface sometimes feels overwhelming it is still user friendly and difficult to navigate. This tool is imperfect and not useful. Having graphics and videos to guide beginners in utilizing the tool would be an addition. **What problems is OneStat solving and how is that benefiting you?** The data unifying feature could benefit from improvements as it occasionally struggles with collecting and organizing audience contact information. The reliability and responsiveness of customer support need to be improved, which becomes frustrating when encountering issues. ### 2. Tracking all the customers and traffics on your web interface. Generating the analytical report for you with accurate infoamation. Has the best qaulity and feature for segmenting the data collected from others ads. For best website insights analysis OneStat has the best features. The interface is fully customizable and provides variety of tools for tracking website workflow. **What do you dislike about OneStat?** Some times the interface and processing is freezing due to haevy data processing and when trying to analyse the web page from starting it is time consuming and laggy also. **What problems is OneStat solving and how is that benefiting you?** OneStat is one of the best tool for us, it is helping us to manage and everytime track our customers visiting our marketing platforms. The real-time hit counter was pretty amazing that every time someone comes on our website, we got to know. **What do you dislike about OneStat?** Their old site was somewhat outdated but the services have been terminated from that site since 2020 and they have moved their service to the new site with an amazing interface. So, there isn't anything that one can dislike. **Recommendations to others considering OneStat:** Use this tool to get real-time web analytics for your website.
