There are so many bugs or issues with One.com. Firstly it didn't retain the domain's previous nameserver, it automatically changed it to one.com's default nameserver. Secondly, now I'm not able to update the nameserver; they keep asking for more and more documents, which I have already sent many times but yet, nothing has changed. The support team is not helping either, and my live site is down because I can't point it to the correct name server. It's been about a week with no help. Another problem is that when transferring the domain to One.com, I had to pay and they didn't extend expiry date by a year which was promised while transferring the name. I could say One.com could bring in more customizable tools and variants to help creative website builders get their specific image out the way they like it or want it to be. I do personally feel like there should be monthly new updated themes brought to the site for the users. More themes would help with the creative side along with layouts.
