Ommnio Reviews & Product Details

Ommnio is an internal communication platform for companies whose workforce doesn't sit at a desk. It replaces personal WhatsApp groups, noticeboards and printed paper with a corporate app that works on the employee's own phone — without requiring a corporate email address, a company device or a password. Built for organisations of 100+ employees in construction, facility services, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and logistics, Ommnio works on push logic: the message reaches the employee instead of waiting for the employee to log in and look for it. Beyond messaging, Ommnio covers document and payslip distribution with delivery confirmation, advanced electronic signature for employment documents, an internal reporting channel, shift coordination and time tracking — all from the same app employees already use to communicate. The company keeps control of access and content. Employees keep their personal phone number private and receive notifications only during the hours the company defines.
