Olumba Reviews & Product Details

Olumba is plan review software that identifies potential code violations in architectural drawings before submission to municipal jurisdictions. It analyzes uploaded PDF plans and delivers findings within two minutes, including sheet references, building code citations, and confidence levels, based on actual correction letters issued for similar projects. The Plan Proof feature simulates a plan checker's review, providing a preliminary assessment of likely corrections after designs are uploaded and a jurisdiction is selected. Findings highlight how often specific issues appear in comparable projects. Align converts municipal correction letters into assignable work lists with code references, enabling teams to systematically address corrections. The Backcheck feature ensures revised plans resolve flagged items before resubmission. Teams find it useful for project and document management.
