I have been trying to get my Terra Luna back for more than 3 months now and there was always some tech nuances. It seemed legit and had easy process for deposit, but this quickly changed and they block withdraw attempts. Now I've had to pay more to hire an attorney! **What do you dislike about Okcoin?** This exchange is a scam, stay away! I made several thousands of dollars in deposits on this exchange with confirmation emails confirming successful deposit "to be invested immediately." I confirmed surplus funds in my Bank of America acct, and the money was withdrawn to completion and sent to OKCoin. A few days later OKCoin sent me a threatening email demanding $4000+ dollars be wired immediately or they will liquidate my assets! They then froze my account with no explanation, and proceeded to sell all my assets. I immediately jumped through every hoop put in front of me for the "risk team" to review my case and bank statements. I had contacted my bank immediately, setup an appointment with a banker who then printed and scanned my complete statement with all February transactions and half of January. I had to provide a printed PDF Bank statement since OKCoin refused to accept online banking screenshots despite asking for screenshots.They refused to give due process, a mailing address for my bank to send the statements, fax, refused phone support, and refused to speak with my bank to validate. I talked to about 30 chat bots telling me contradictory stories, despite printed bank statement on official letterhead, scanned, and converted to PDFs, as requested. I immediately provided proof of sufficient funds and payment receipts. At first I thought maybe it was something on my banks end but it was not, and the bank offered to call 3 way and provided ample proof to Okcoin that the money had been transferred to completion. They rejected this and redirected me all over the place with no clear answers. Customer support emailed confirmation of the available deposit to invest, apologized to me for the confusion, and told me my account restrictions lifted so I could resume trading-- which was all untrue as my account remained frozen w/ ALL CASH MISSING.Now I've paid more money just to hire an attorney and all I wanted was a refund and assets back that I paid for **What problems is Okcoin solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have zero customer support team, froze my account functions after investing several thousand dollars, sold my assets and asked for more money after proving I had already made deposits! Crazy. They ignore all emails and will not let me withdraw, offering no explanation ### 6. They also provide many stacking opportunities and have some coins for which they are the only place you can buy. **What do you dislike about Okcoin?** The old interface (which still appears now and then) it's ugly and complicated to navigate within. The verification process is extremely difficult and they will ask you re-upload everything a few couple of times for different reasons. **Recommendations to others considering Okcoin:** Take this app into account before sticking to any of them **What problems is Okcoin solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am buying crypto tokens. I take advantage of their stacking options, which sometimes include interesting campaigns. ### 7. It is not user friendly at all. They keep your money and do not allow you to withdrawal it. I have money that’s been in there for over a month now that I can not get off there and when you contact customer support you’re given the run around. It’s horrible. **Recommendations to others considering Okcoin:** My advice would be to look at other platforms before using OKcoin. Coinbase is great and user friendly. Do not expect to get your money back once you deposit it into the OKCoin platform. It has been a nightmare for me that I am still fighting and trying to resolve. **What problems is Okcoin solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer support is no help. They claim they will escalate your complaint and never do. You can not withdrawal funds once they are out on there. I can’t even transfer them to a digital wallet or different crypto wallet. It’s horrible. Platform is definitely not user friendly at all and is very confusing. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have lost so much money on this platform and can’t for the life of me get the rest of my money off there and no one will assist me. I keep getting told that I will be emailed that they “escalated” it and yet it’s been weeks Joe and still nothing. Do NOT waste your time or money. ### 9.
