What do you like best about Offprem Technology?

Offprem's friendly team kept us on track for deliverables so that we could remain on schedule for our go-live as planned. What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?

Offprem's pricing is slightly higher than many competitors offering similar integration services. However, they were an approved Salesforce partner, so I guess that might be par for the course to ensure expertise when connecting the two systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have several internal meetings before beginning your project so that you are clear on what goals you have and what you hope to accomplish by the close of the project. What problems is Offprem Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?

My only wish would be more affordable hours. I am a team of one with a very limited budget and tend to not submit tickets due to the hourly rate. If they could prorate the sessions to less than an hour or have a tiered pricing option, that would be very attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
