**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

That I am no longer working with them on this project.

**What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?**

Poor leadership.  No accountability to the results.

**Recommendations to others considering Offprem Technology:**

Committed to a project that they were supposedly experts in.  Sales guys were great in the beginning.  As soon as there was a signed contract they went MIA.  Wouldn't even return a phone call.  Surprise.

Things only got worse with the implementation.  First, their team had extremely limited experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.  They had "experience" but it was limited, at best.

After the 4 months it took to implement FSC, we began implementing and setting up Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

After we had MCAE installed, we had duplicate leads being created, over and over again.  Nobody on their team could resolve the issue.  After a couple of feeble attempts to resolve, they just stopped communicating.

From this point forward, all I kept getting was that the project was complete and solving the duplicate lead issue would have to be another project - we had used all of hours.  Ridiculous.  We hadn't even used MCAE at this point.  Every new lead we tested was duplicating.  Obviously, not something you would want to happen in your new CRM.

When I finally got a phone number to call and try to talk with the business owner, he answered the phone surprised that I was actually calling, acted like he wasn't the person to talk with, and told me that he would have the project manager/implementer call me.  Back to chasing my tail.  All I got was their run around BS.

Long story short, it took ME 2 months to find the answer that eventually solved the duplicate lead issue.  We literally had to check one box in the setup.  WHY WOULDN'T THE MCAE EXPERT I PAID TO IMPLEMENT THIS NOT KNOW THE ANSWER??

The only thing that makes sense to me is either negligence or ignorance.

The new consulting firm I hired AND my Salesforce AE were both puzzled by the fact that they couldn't solve that problem.

If you want someone to tell you what you want to hear, lie to you about their experience level, take your money, then HIDE behind their keyboard and monitor, and avoid solving problems, HIRE THESE GUYS.

Even better, they will cause problems so they can try to hold you hostage to pay more money to solve a problem they created.

Terrible experience.  Would never recommend.  I would be embarrassed if I represented this company.  If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

Hired them to implement a new Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

For me their communication was a big deal for me, but even more they did what they said they would and got things done and in the amount of time they said it would take. They knew what they were doing and communicated with us the whole project so we were kept in the loop and trained to take it on at the end. Nate and Caleb were fantastic to work with.

**What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?**

I have worked with many different vendors and I have nothing bad to say about Offprem. They were fantastic to work with.

**Recommendations to others considering Offprem Technology:**

They are honest and great to work with if you have the opportunity to utilize them they are fantastic.

**What problems is Offprem Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to get marketing cloud integrated and up and running in our system. We had been working with another vendor who never delivered. Offprem was able to get us set up in the time they said they could. They also were great at communicating with us throughout the project. They gave great training and documentation so that our team has the confidence to do what we need to on our own now.

**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

They always either already know how to solve an issue we are facing OR are willing to go the extra mile in figuring out a workaround / solution that gets us to what we need. Building out our expiring URL's is a good example of this of something they built custom for us.

Also, I look forward to our calls with our PM and engineer assigned to us. They are both extremely professional, yet open to having a few running jokes, etc. as we have gotten to know them over the last 3-4 years.

**What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?**

This is likely because we are not on a traditional plan with them and that we are still in start-up mentality. but they rarely complete things yesterday when we say we need that yesterday :P .  in all seriousness though, not a whole lot to complain about. I would love if we were their only client and delivered stuff we want/need as fast as we sometimes want it. but at worst its usually a couple days later IF they occasionally cannot delivery as fast as we want. On a related note, if we were their only client I doubt Id be leaving such a good review.

**Recommendations to others considering Offprem Technology:**

I can't speak to their Non-Marketing Cloud expertise as 99% of our engagement has been related to that, but the 1-2 experiences we have had on the Salesforce side have been just as good. 

I would also call out that we have yet to ask them to help with something we needed and they have not been able to deliver.

**What problems is Offprem Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

navigating the complexities of marketing cloud when we need to do stuff like

* complex data references in journeys
* expiring url's that are sent to customers
* navigating around the broken relationships that we have in data designer (from prior to offprem coming in)
* working through all the things missing from marketing cloud like (complex reporting on emails sent, setting up mobile studio and assisting us with getting an approved short code for SMS, etc.)

We are benefitting from getting much more from our marketing cloud spend than we were without them. Marketing Cloud itself has a ton of inconsistencies in both the UI and performance that having experts nearby gives me back a little bit of sanity that I had thought id lost forever after trying to do some of the more complex things that we wanted ourselves in Marketing Cloud. 

I'd also venture higher open/click rates with expertise they have provided around best practices both from a general marketing perspective and leveraging marketing cloud.

In addition to demonstrating each step patiently, we were particularly impressed by the exceptional organization and preparedness of their team. They efficiently addressed every question we had in a timely manner, and their continuous availability for any of our needs throughout the process was truly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?**

We would have preferred if the remaining hours we had after completing the project did not have such a brief expiration period.

Don't hesitate to utilize Offprem for your new project. Their team's organization, knowledge, and preparedness will assist you in structuring your project precisely as required.

Offprem's assistance was crucial in managing our unorganized data of over 700k emails, guiding us through the process of structuring and segmenting the data precisely for our marketing strategies. They patiently demonstrated each step, equipping us with a thorough comprehension of our data's potential for accurate targeting across various audiences.

**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

Our team, we had an amazing and very talented group for our implementation team. They were super responsive, super knowledgeable and made the process easy to follow and understand. Honestly, they worked above and beyond our expectations by being there within minutes for every question we had. They kept up on time and on budget.

I honestly can't say there's anything I dislike about this company.

If you're looking for an affordable, well-organized and deployed engagement with great people who are experts in their disciplines, OffPrem Technology is for you. In fact, we have continued our relationship with a managed services engagement.

**What problems is Offprem Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offprem has been instrumental in the implementation of our customer data platform which is allowing us to better understand our customers. The outcome will be a more engaged, more connected customer to our brand driving more revenue, more loyalty and more customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

They did a great job of balancing configuration and set up with training. We also always knew what we were accountable for, while still feeling supported by team. The cadence of our meetings was perfect, and we never felt pressured to try and "get through" the implemenetation. It was fantastic, and very useful.

**What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?**

I really can't think of any negatives. They set our team up for success right from the start.

Offprem is a great resource wether you're just staring with Pardot, or you're a more advanced user. They can get you upskilled quickly, but also have the knowledge to provide more advanced support. Our team hit the ground running at launch specifically because of the support and training Offprem provided,

**What problems is Offprem Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offprem helped us implement Pardot, and they knocked it out of the park. Everything from the project guidelines to the training was exceptional.

**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

Offprem was truly a partner during out engagement.  The project was very organized and the project team was extremely informative.  While there were internal concerns regarding the complexity we may be entering in to, Offprem made the implementation easy.  They also offered a wide selection of trainings for us to choose from to help utilize the platform.  At the end of the implementation, we felt exteremely comfortable utilizing the platform.

There's nothing of significance I can think of.

**Recommendations to others considering Offprem Technology:**

It's easy to find an implementation team who promises they'll do everything, but it's more difficult to find a true partner.  And we feel we found a partner at Offprem Technology.  It truly felt like our success was their success.

Our organization was looking to migrate away from Pardot and to Marketing Cloud to increase our digital marketing capabilities.

**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

They are really efficient with budget and understand our industry (Financial Institution). They have a lot of best practice guidance to provide, but listen very well and adapt the builds for our requirements and unique business cases. They do an exceptional job of documenting and training on the solutions they build too, I appreciate that they don't hold knowledge hostage.

**What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?**

There is little I'd call out as far as dislikes. They have a tendency to get into the weeds (which is essential as a technical support team and makes them super efficient from a timeline perspective). However, when our non-technical resources or leadership team are engaging with Offprem, they sometimes struggle to bring the conversation up to a high, strategic level.

**Recommendations to others considering Offprem Technology:**

If you need a budget-friendly, efficient, effective team to augment your in-house resources, I'd strongly recommend Offprem for your Salesforce implementation and technical maintenance.

**What problems is Offprem Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outsourced Salesforce technical support (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Personalization, Salesforce Intelligence/Datarama). They're operating as an extension of our in-house team to supplement our bandwidth and fill gaps in our skill set. They implemented our Salesforce stack, and are on retainer to continue evolving/servicing the solution. They support on the data ingest/harmonization side, as well as on the campaign/journey build and execution.

**What do you like best about Offprem Technology?**

They are very good with SFMC and always helpful when you have a problem. Very receptive when it came to our complicated Sales Cloud integration and great at showing us what to do for future issues. They record every working session so that you can always come back and reference again what they taught.

**What do you dislike about Offprem Technology?**

They operate via waterfall workflow so there is a lot of early stage set up before you can get into the nitty gritty of email creation and everything else. Additionally, the recordings are rather tedious to sift through, they could upgrade how they record and deliver the working sessions with timestamps and transcripts in order to get the most out of the deliverables.

**Recommendations to others considering Offprem Technology:**

Have someone mark timestamps during working sessiosn so that you can save them for future employee onboarding once OffPrem's contract with you is up.

**What problems is Offprem Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a new Email Platform and came across Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We bought in and realized we need assistance learning this new software. Offprem came in and assigned us a team to work closely with in both setting up our org and walking us through how to operate and create emails, journeys, and automations.

After working with several different agencies who weren't the right fit, we were thrilled to connect with OffPrem. Their team is patient, knowledgeable, and does fantastic work. I appreciate their attention to detail and follow-through on projects. They help us navigate through our email marketing strategy, overcome Salesforce's quirks, and implement projects that provide ROI for our business.
