Offiks.ai Reviews & Product Details

Offiks.ai is the AI-first operating platform for SMEs, public organisations and social-profit in Belgium and the Benelux. It captures your organisational memory (documents, decisions, processes, exceptions) in a metadata-driven document foundation, and lets AI agents run back-office workflows end to end with human approval. You approve. They do the rest. Built into Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Entra ID, Teams), EU AI Act-ready and GDPR-compliant. Each task goes to the cheapest engine that can do the job: RPA for routine, generative AI for simple work, agents for complex work. AI-first, not AI-native, with predictable costs. Typical uses: document management with automatic metadata, HR workflows (sick notes, onboarding, training, certificates), property files with expiry-date monitoring, approval flows, intranet and portals for workers and external parties, connections to ERP (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, live at two customers), CRM and payroll via API and MCP.
