The product didn't work **What do you dislike about Odoo Consultancy Services?** I paid over $200, but received a product with numerous serious bugs that made it unreliable and repeatedly caused imports and synchronization to fail. The connector crashed on attribute mappings, mishandled Etsy refund statuses, failed when optional fields were blank, had a broken OAuth callback, lacked proper Etsy rate-limit handling, and contained order-pagination and sync-window issues that could potentially cause orders to be skipped. These were not minor cosmetic problems. They affected core functions the connector was sold to perform. After I reported several issues (that I fixed myself by changing their own code), the developer admitted the problems, but refused a refund by relying on the marketplace's policy that allows publishers to deny refunds when they fix bugs after a claim. Even though they didn't fix all the bugs, it was apparently on me to fix or report them, instead of receiving the polished product I was advertised. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo Consultancy Services:** I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm an experienced IT professional, so I just fixed their broken code. But then I ditched their product and made my own etsy connector that day. So I wouldn't recommend them to experienced developers. But if you AREN'T a coder, than you will eventually get hit with a bug that you will have to wait on them to fix.
