Odokai Reviews & Product Details

Odokai is an adaptive AI agent platform that helps businesses put AI to work across their entire organisation. Rather than offering a single chatbot or point solution, Odokai provides a complete operating system for AI: intelligent agents that can research, reason and act on your behalf, custom business apps built and deployed in minutes, and deep integrations with the tools your teams already use — from email and calendars to CRMs and file storage. At the core of the platform are Odokai's AI agents. Each agent is a dedicated digital worker with its own instructions, knowledge, memory and skills, capable of handling real work end to end — triaging inboxes, monitoring listings and data sources, drafting content, running scheduled automations and completing multi-step tasks in the background. Agents work alongside each other and alongside your team, and everything they do runs on your account, with your data, under permissions and approval rules you control. That means sensitive actions — sending an email, deleting a record, making a payment — only happen when a human says so, giving organisations enterprise-grade governance without enterprise-grade complexity. Odokai also includes App Studio, which lets any team build custom internal tools, dashboards and customer-facing apps powered by AI, without traditional development overhead. Combined with scheduled automations, realtime chat and collaboration features, shared workspaces and granular notification controls, the platform becomes the connective tissue of a modern, AI-enabled business. Alongside the platform, Odokai offers a consultancy service that helps organisations implement and manage business change. Our consultants work with you to identify the areas of your business where AI can deliver the greatest impact — uncovering inefficiencies, mapping workflows and pinpointing where automation and intelligent agents will save time, reduce cost and improve quality. We then design and deliver the change: configuring the platform, building the agents and integrations, training your people and managing the transition, so AI adoption sticks rather than stalls. The result is a measurable improvement in operational efficiency, with a partner accountable for outcomes, not just software. Odokai is built for businesses of all sizes — from small teams adopting their first AI agents to organisations scaling AI across departments. Whether you want to automate repetitive processes, accelerate content and research work, build internal tools faster, or embed AI into the way your company operates, Odokai provides both the platform and the expertise to make it happen.
