OctoWatch DLP Reviews & Product Details

OctoWatch DLP is employee monitoring and data loss prevention software for Windows environments. The platform combines activity recording, policy enforcement, and risk investigation within a unified web console. A Grabber component installed on workstations captures monitoring channels and transmits data to a centralized console. Features include live view with remote control, keystroke logging, screenshot and video recording, application and website tracking, file and USB monitoring, email and messaging surveillance, and clipboard activity capture. DLP rules notify administrators, flag risks, or block actions such as USB transfers or file operations. The software supports desktop and remote environments with cloud-based or on-premise deployment options. Security features include encrypted data transfer, role-based access controls, configurable monitoring profiles, and transparency modes. Reports and analytics provide insights into activity, productivity, and risks.
