What problems is Octopos POS solving and how is that benefiting you? The previous system was very limited, except for sales and inventory management. Also, the learning curve was steep. With OCTOPOS, the cashier training is much easier and has greatly reduced the training time. OCTOPOS also brings a number of other features, such as Customer rewards. Clock in/Clock out and control over user roles, to name a few. The reward system has helped us to gain a large number of loyal customers and business. Customers have various payment options.
