What I dislike about Octopos is that, at times, its fast-paced and ambitious environment can make it challenging to keep up with priorities or communication across teams. The company moves quickly — which is great for innovation — but it can occasionally lead to overlaps or delays in alignment between partners and internal teams. Additionally, because Octopos is always evolving, processes and structures can change frequently, which sometimes creates a short adjustment period.
