"Great Program for Tenders"

What do you like best about OasisCode Swiftender?

The company has been great to work with for the past few years. We like the ease of using the program and the prompt attention when we have any issues. We like that they are always developing the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OasisCode Swiftender?

There have been some flaws in the program, but over time they seem to be trying to resolve them. One of the main things is having access to the project package and not being able to edit it once it is uploaded. I believe there is a solution for this coming out soon. What problems is OasisCode Swiftender solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have the ability to send a tender to the sub-trades without them having to remember user names and passwords. We can send an invitation to tender and send revisions out easily. All trades have to do is click on the link and they have access to the plans room with almost no hassels. We can also track who has been on the stie and who has downloaded drawings. Keeping all estimate files together in one place to share at the touch of a button.

Recommendations to others considering OasisCode Swiftender:

Most other platforms like bid central requires you to have an account on the bidding side which makes it a hassle to go through for others (bidders), but swiftender makes it easy for anyone to still bid without needing an account. As well you dont have to share your important contacts to the whole ecosystem like bid central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OasisCode Swiftender solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows a really nice organized database for contacts, the great user interface allows distribution to all without needing to create a swiftender account to view a tendered package, great management of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OasisCode Swiftender solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had very few insignificant problems with the product. There have been several times we have had contractors not follow through with bids saying they did not receive an invite. With Swiftender, we can see when it was sent, who it was sent to and when it was opened. This especially beneficial when you are dealing with a supplier who says they didn't receive an addendum which may have changed the specification which for them, increased there price. What do you like best about OasisCode Swiftender?

The best function is for "Revision" to add addendums of tender documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OasisCode Swiftender?

The date information is generated(ie. December 16th 2021) in the file name end when the new revision is created. But, it makes confuse the actual date for addendum issued. It is not helpful at all for addendums. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
