Nybero Reviews & Product Details

Nybero helps agencies, webinar funnels and businesses sell on WhatsApp. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) — no unofficial workarounds — capture opt-ins with recorded consent, and build automations with a visual drag-and-drop flow builder: triggers, waits, conditions, tags, reminders and follow-ups that run on their own. A built-in AI sales agent, included in every plan, answers questions and guides prospects to a decision inside WhatsApp's 24-hour service window — with a persona and knowledge base you define — and hands off to a human when it matters. Nybero also includes a shared team inbox, WhatsApp in-chat forms, broadcasts with pre-approved templates, a webinar-reminder module, and integrations with ActiveCampaign and Shopify. Everything is EU-hosted and GDPR-ready, with recorded opt-in, automatic opt-out handling and tenant isolation. WhatsApp conversation costs are billed directly by Meta with 0% markup from Nybero.
