Nuvalo Reviews & Product Details

Nuvalo is quoting and invoicing software for painters and small painting companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. Painters can speak a quote instead of typing it, in their own language (for example Dutch, Polish, Turkish or English). Nuvalo turns it into quote lines with the painter's own prices, plus a work description for the client, always in Dutch. Anything the painter doesn't mention, such as a missing measurement, is left open to fill in, and every line is reviewed before sending. Main features: - Quotes by voice or typing, with prices from your own price list - Paint and labour calculated from square metres and number of coats - Dutch VAT per line, including the 9% rate for painting work on homes older than two years - Clients accept the quote online on their phone; date and time are recorded - Turn an accepted quote into an invoice and see which invoices are still unpaid - Optional payment reminders (off by default) - A ready-made website for the painter's business with a request form - Export of clients, quotes and invoices as CSV and PDF Pricing: launch price €24.95 per month, regular price €34.95 per month or €349 per year, excluding VAT. 30-day free trial without payment details. Made in the Netherlands. Data is stored in the EU. Support by email.
