NPLAN Supply Chain Planning Reviews & Product Details

NPLAN Supply Chain Planning is a cloud-based supply chain planning platform that helps manufacturing companies integrate and automate their demand, inventory, production, and distribution planning processes in a single connected engine. Founded in Brazil and serving manufacturers across Latin America and beyond, NPLAN is designed to extend the planning capabilities of ERP systems such as SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. The platform addresses the gap between transactional ERP data and the operational planning decisions that manufacturing teams make daily — replacing disconnected spreadsheets and siloed point solutions with a collaborative, scenario-based planning environment that connects every layer of the supply chain. NPLAN covers the full supply chain planning cycle, from statistical demand forecasting and inventory policy definition through materials requirements planning (MRP), finite capacity scheduling, and distribution planning (DRP). It integrates natively with Siemens Opcenter Advanced Scheduling and is listed on the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace. The platform has been recognized among the Top 100 Open Startups in Brazil and Top 5 in Industrial Tech, and is trusted by manufacturers such as Stellantis, Grendene, Malwee, Dana, Premier Pet, and Mercur. Key features and capabilities include: Demand planning with AI-driven statistical forecasting, collaborative review workflows, ABC/XYZ segmentation, and influence analysis Inventory optimization with automated policy definition, safety stock calculation based on service level targets, and multi-echelon visibility Materials and supply planning with MRP, multi-level BOM explosion, replenishment logic, and purchase order generation Finite capacity planning with constraints for labor, tooling, storage, and production calendars, integrated with Siemens Opcenter Advanced Scheduling Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP and S&OE) with integrated scenario simulation across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity layers NPLAN is used by manufacturers in Food & Beverage, Automotive, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics, Textile, Metal-Mechanical, and Plastics & Rubber industries to reduce stockouts, improve forecast accuracy, shorten planning cycles, and synchronize production plans with actual market demand.
