## About Notaron
Notaron.com is a remote online notarization (RON) platform that connects signers with commissioned notaries over live video, on demand and without an appointment. Sessions typically complete in under ten minutes, and the platform operates 24 hours a day. The workflow runs in four steps. A signer uploads a PDF or captures a paper document with a phone camera. Identity is verified through credential analysis of a government-issued ID and knowledge-based authentication. A commissioned notary joins by video to witness the signature in real time. The completed document is delivered immediately and retained in the signer's account with its session recording and audit trail. Notaron serves both sides of the transaction. Individuals and businesses order notarizations directly at a flat per-session rate. Commissioned notaries use the platform as their RON tool — bringing their own clients and real estate orders, or receiving orders routed through the platform — under tiered plans that add custom branding, API access, and white-label options at higher levels. The platform is built for document types where defensibility matters: deeds, mortgage and refinance packages, powers of attorney, affidavits, wills and trusts, corporate resolutions, and business filings. Notarizations are performed under UETA, the federal E-SIGN Act, and the RON statutes of states that have enacted RON legislation. Every session produces an electronic journal entry, recording, and audit trail. Additional capabilities include a REST API for embedding notarization into existing workflows, hybrid (IPEN and wet-ink) support, e-recording eligibility checks, a free e-signature tool, and a library of free legal form templates.
