**What do you like best about NorthPage Inc.?**

It helps in breaking down user journey and analyzing touchpoints in silos for meaningful action plan. I used this post digital transformation of a client's hiring process, and used the insights for helping determine critical path, roadblocks, and optimal routes.

**What do you dislike about NorthPage Inc.?**

NorthPage can be a daunting tool for someone with less business-side experience. While NorthPage is good for one category, it loses its edge while analyzing multiple categories at scale.

**Recommendations to others considering NorthPage Inc.:**

Go with NorthPage if you are just beginning with the digital growth/transformation of your business.

**What problems is NorthPage Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NorthPage is providing companies with a comprehensive support kit, ranging from competitive benchmarking to laying out a digital blueprint for transformation. NorthPage is a godsend for digital GTM.

They have a large repository and trained algorithms. They also help with customisation for our needs.

It is a little difficult to pick up/takes a while to learn how to use.

If you give it the time it needs to learn how to use, it can be one of the most useful tools in understanding customer experiences!

Northpage helps with testing and analysis of our customer journeys. It helps us reduce the time and effort we would have to put in to do this by ourselves.
